The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making my stay much more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the shower in my room had inconsistent water temperature, which made bathing quite challenging.

Bathroom design could use improvement!!! Shower water temperature control is ineffective!!! No outdoor space like a balcony or terrace!!! Renovated pool area may disappoint guests expecting an open facility!!!

Staff provided excellent service and even helped with parcel shipping. However, the fitness room equipment is outdated.

The spacious room, the pool with long opening hours, the sauna option – totally a superb choice!

oh how i wished for a better experience. the bathroom absolutely reeked of sewage, and i found myself dodging water that leaked everywhere while showering. i expected an upgrade due to these inconveniences, yet all i got was a room with old furniture. almost gave this a good review but simply couldn’t!

The facts without the fluff

The location is fantastic, just 300m from Chong Nonsi BTS. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with clean amenities. Staff service is consistently friendly. Though the mattress was slightly firm, it didn’t affect my sleep. A quiet, safe area with easy access to the vibrant Silom attractions makes this an ideal base for travelers.

I loved the nice upgrade to our room and the delicious Thai food from room service. The outdoor pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the air conditioning had a bit of a musty smell, but it didn't ruin our fun! 😊

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, especially Mr Mint at reception! Breakfast was tasty, and the location was super convenient, just a short walk to the SkyTrain. The housekeeping was also very responsive to our needs!

But the shower temperature control was frustrating, often too hot or too cold. Also, some kitchen supplies would have been nice!

Single traveler must try

My recent stay was quite nice , when I was greeted with a fresh glass of juice upon arrival. The staff were so nice , they helped me book a taxi to avoid the sweltering heat.

Not gonna lie, it wasn’t cheap , but I still found it acceptable.

The Premier Double or Twin Room was huge and had a nice balcony with a great view. The bed was super comfy, which made it easy to relax. I really liked having a kitchen in the room, too. Just a heads up, though, the water temperature in the shower was a bit hit or miss. Overall, a decent stay!

Totally recommend for a short visit

Spacious room, friendly staff, with a good size bathroom featuring necessary amenities, making it convenient to explore the local attractions and just a short 200 meters walk from Chong Nonsi station.

We explored local eateries and visited the stunning Lumphini Park. The staff went out of their way to help us, and the location is super convenient for public transport. Breakfast has good options, making mornings easier.
